Our Carers Hubs are informal or themed support groups which meet every month. They provide Carers with the opportunity to meet other Carers and often act as an informal mutual support group.  Currently, we have Coffee Hubs in Penrith, Alston and High Hesket and a Lunch Hub in Penrith. The Mens' Hub, meets in local cafes and in the summer months undertakes different activities like bowling, darts and archery!

We also regularly attend other organised hubs and clubs such as Kirkby Stephen Memory Club and the Appleby Memory Club.

Volunteers are the backbone of our Hubs.  If you have an idea or location for a Hub and want to get involved phone the Volunteer Coordinator, we want to hear your ideas. We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who would like to start a Hub outside of the Penrith area.
