Cumbria’s SEND Annual Surveys launched on 18 July and will close in September 2022. The questionnaire has been developed in co-production with parents and carers.

There are 3 live surveys, please click on the appropriate one and complete:
1. For parents and carers whose children or young people HAVE an EHCP
2. For parents and carers whose children or young people have special education needs but DO NOT have an EHCP
3. For children and young people to share their views on SEND services.

The surveys are one of the ways we are responding to the recommendations from the Ofsted/Care Quality Commission inspection of SEND services in Cumbria in March 2019.

The surveys for parent and carers take approximately 12 minutes to complete. The easy-read childrens survey takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.
