They are seeking a dynamic, experienced leader with excellent people, operational and financial management skills to lead the everyday activities of the Carer Support West Cumbria team. As Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the Chair and the Board to manage financial, operational, people and business processes, to ensure the smooth running of this energetic and flexible organisation.

Permanent position

Full-time (37 hrs per week)

Salary range: £38,000-£42,500 pa, depending on experience
