The North Cumbria Recovery College supports Adults aged 18+ in Cumbria by delivering group sessions and providing opportunities for those experiencing mental or physical health difficulties, or those caring for someone who does.
Together We Cumbria and The Recovery College are joining together to launch their exciting NEW "Understanding Disordered Eating" course. This is a 12-week program is designed to help individuals navigate distress related to food, weight, and shape and is specifically tailored for adults aged 18 and above who are seeking support and essential skills for their journey towards recovery.
The course begins on 20th February for 12 weeks, 1pm - 2pm, at The De Lucy Centre, Market Place, Egremont, CA22 2AF.
